Need to send your email campaign again? Whether you want to reach new subscribers, resend to those who didn’t open the first time, or make minor adjustments before resending, TouchBasePro makes it easy. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to resend a sent campaign effectively.
How to resend a campaign:
- Click Campaigns and then go to Overview and navigate to Sent tab on the top right.

- Locate the sent campaign you want to copy, then click the three-dot menu (available in both list and thumbnail views).
- Choose Duplicate from the available options:

- The duplicated email will appear at the top of the Drafts section.
- If needed, click the three-dot menu and select Rename to update the campaign name.
- Click Edit to make any necessary changes to the subject line or campaign design.
- Click Select recipients to choose who will receive the new campaign.
- Use the Preview & Test menu to check everything before sending, it's easy to overlook details when reusing past work.
- Click Continue to Summary to finalise and send your campaign.
Duplicating a sent campaign does not impact the reports for the original email in any way.
