Sending or scheduling campaigns

Once your email campaign is ready the next step is to send it out. You have three options when it comes to sending out your campaign.

Send it now

If you select the send it now option, your campaign will start sending as soon as you click send. There is no possible way to cancel a campaign send once it has begun sending so if you use this option make sure you are 100% ready for your campaign to be sent. 

 

Schedule it for a specific time 

You can select this option and choose a date and time that you would like your campaign to be sent. This is a great option if you are working ahead of time as you can do your work now and schedule your campaign to go out later. You can also define what timezone you would like your campaign to be sent in. For example, if you know that the majority of your database is in America, then it would make sense to schedule it to send in an American timezone.  

 

Recurring 

This option will allow you to set up a recurring schedule for your campaign. Once you have set up your schedule, your campaign will be sent on each recurrence. This option is ideal for companies that have weekly or daily campaigns that get sent and are updated via an RSS feed. 

 

Make changes to a scheduled campaign

  1. Go to your scheduled campaigns 
  2. Select the three dots on the far right of the screen next to the campaign. 
  3. Select the cancel sending option

  4. Your campaign will be moved back to drafts
